Pumpkin Bars



Pumpkin Bars

1 16 oz can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
¾ cup melted butter
1 cup nuts (optional)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Grease & flour 15” x 11” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
½ stick butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbls milk
