Mom's Chicken Marinade

Oh my heck I just had this last night and could NOT stop eating! I know I know big news for me....HA! Anyway it was so super good and even better- super easy and everyone should have all of this stuff in there fridge/pantry.
1 C. Italian Salad Dressing
1/4 C. Worchestershire
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Dajon Mustard (I just used regular)
Mix together and throw in chicken to marinate.

I  halfed this for 3 chicken breast and it was more than enough! Also I only had it marinating for abou 45 mins and it was still great so if you forget to put it in in the morning or whatever you really only have to have an hour or so.

Side suggestions : Rice-a- Roni and cooked Veggies

Past Roni With Sausage

3-4 links of Johnson-ville Italian sausage cooked as directed and cut up (like a hot dog)
1 red pepper cut and diced (throw in with the sausage or the noodles during the last few minutes of cooking just to get it warmed up)
Mix all together and enjoy!

Easiest vegetable soup ever!!

K first of all, people you need to start posting!!! I need new ideas!! Now get on with it.

With that being said, ha ha, this recipe is so easy and so good.

Vegetable soup (sorry forgot to take a pic).

Start off by browning the meat. I used round steaks and cubed it up. You can also use shredded roast, or other forms of meat you might like. Anyway, brown it with salt, pepper, and dried onion.

Add 8 cups water and 8 beef cubes ( I added 10 cubes to 8 cups water because I like it more flavorful). Add 1 small can tomato sauce, bring to boil.

Turn down and let it simmer for about 20 minutes just to finish cooking the meat and get it tender.

Then I added 4 potatoes (peeled and cubed), about 2 cups mixed veggies ( I just bought the bag of mixed veggies), and about 1 cup of spiral noodles (uncooked). Turn it on low and cook till noodles and potatoes are done, stirring as needed. Also add sale and pepper to taste.

Serve with crackers or rolls. SO GOOD!!! And SO EASY!!!
