Chicken Speghetti

Sorry no pictures to go along with this one, but it is one of our favorites and most of the ingredients is pretty basic you should already have all of it in your cupboards. That's one thing I love about it! I'll get around to posting some more in the next day or two. But both my kids are napping right now so I want to go sit down and do nothing!

Chicken Spaghetti

1 7oz. pk spaghetti noodles

2 c. cooked chicken (I use 1 bag freezer chicken)

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (divide in half)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 c. milk

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

¼ tsp. garlic powder (I thought this was a little to strong but it doesn’t sound like much so now I’m wondering if I put in ½ tsp or something…so just go with your best judgment!)

¼ tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook spaghetti noodles

While they are cooking combine other ingredients in bowl with ½ of cheese (I added a little more cheese…it is the best part )

Once noodles are cooked combine with rest of ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

Bake Uncovered 350 for 20-25 minutes

Chocolate Rice Crispie Treats

So I think most of you know how to make these, but we need to get this thing rolling!
*Chocolate Rice Crispie Treats*

You will need: 1 and 1/2 large bags of mini-marshmallows
about 4/5 box of rice crispies
1 cube of butter
1 bag of milk cholcolate chips
If you know how to make rice crispie treats, go ahead and make them and skip step one.
Step 1: Turn oven on broil. Melt butter in pan. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted, then remove from heat. Add Rice crispies and stir togehter. Spray a cookie sheet and pour RCT mix into pan. Flatten so it's even. (TIP: wet hands a little before handling RCT mix so they don't stick.)
Step 2: Pour bag of chocolate chips on RCT (rice crispie treats) and spread evenly leaving about an inch around the edges. Turn your oven off of broil, and stick the RCT in. Leave for 10-15 seconds, watching closely so they don't burn. When you can easily spread the cholcolate with t knife, take them out. Spread the melted chocolate evenly, so it looks like this:

Step 3: Let this sit for 20 minutes or so so it can harden a little. Then cut the RCT down the middle, hot dog ways. Then using a knife or spatula and your hands, roll each side, and with your hands mold the sides into circles, like so:

And there you go!!

Suuuuuuper easy!! Those directions seemed long, but it's easy peasy!
